Objective
The Department of Public Safety (DPS) was searching for a software solution to manage their late-night ride share service, NITE RIDE. DPS was planning to make several structural changes to the service and needed a solution that could be custom-built to meet their current needs and future roadmap.
Solution
CSI and DPS worked together to develop a software ecosystem customized to handle the needs of NITE RIDE riders, drivers, and dispatchers. Ride requests, submitted by users through a web application, are managed in real time by both dispatchers and drivers via custom-built FileMaker system interfaces.
